Abisofix is a reliable tool for the mechanical stripping of the insulation of magnet wire. The three tempered metal blades close in with increasing rotational speed from the greatest to the smallest diameter. The continuously adjustable power supply unit enables optimal working speed and constant velocity of the motor (no jerking).

The Abfräsfix is a benchtop electric insulation-stripping tool for magnet wires with a diameter of 0.8 - 5.0mm. The wire is fed into the rotating milling head up to a length limit stop. The five internal cutters mill the insulation in the course of feeding and processing.

With the BTM-2, round and flat wires in the range of 0.2 - 6.0 mm can be uninsulated. The brushes are powered independently by two electric motors. The distance between the brushes can be continuously adjusted.
