Vacuum Packing Machines

Vacuum packing protects sensitive electronics parts from corrosion, oxidation, dust and damage. Also available in ESD models.

Operation:

• Put the electronics parts into a vacuum pouch.
• In the vacuum chamber, air, dust and humidity are sucked out of the pouch.
• The pouch can be filled with dry gas to release the pressure.
• The pouch can now be heat-sealed.
  We will also be happy to supply you with the proper ESD packing pouches!
  

Unit AZ450 with gas flushing
The unit sucks air directly from the inside of packing envelope by using a nozzle stroke.

Characteristics:
- works very quickly because only the envelope is deflated
- small gas consumption because there camber is not
  emptied
- no delimitation of the bag length
- stainless steel housing
- suitable for clean room
