LM 900 - Light Manipulators
The LM 900 represents the simplest manipulator of the FRITSCH mounting
systems. The LM 900 is an all-purpose manipulator for the laboratory
or production line. The FRITSCH Pick & Place head enables the
easy handling of SMDs. Components are drawn in with the pipette.
The vacuum is automatically switched on and off.
Easy Handling
The LM 900 has been designed for clean mounting operation. Here,
special attention has been paid so that the operator can concentrate
on the essential part, the mounting. This increases productivity
several fold. The LM 900 comes with the essential features of a
mounting site but dispenses with other options. As a consequence,
the LM 900 can offer an unbeatable price-performance ratio.
Flexibility of the Component Feeder
All LM 900 light manipulators are equipped with the Fritsch rail
system. Different feeders can be installed and quickly, as well
as entire sets exchanged. Thus, the entire spectrum of SMD designs
can be handled: Mini and Micro Melfs, SO, PLCC and flat-chip components
etc.
