Reflow Soldering Systems

The "Forced Convection" Reflow Soldering Systems from SEF have all of the proven flexible zone forced convection system in a desktop model and are thus especially well suited for the production of small to medium sized components.

The "Forced Convection" Reflow Soldering Systems from SEF have a standard machine "mirror zone" forced convection system. With 40cm/min. typical cycle speed at 350mm working width, they can therefore also be satisfactorily used on larger boards for production runs.
Both the soldering and glue-hardening profiles can be set at the "flexible zone" heating chamber as well as at the "mirror zone" heating chambers.
