The NE Ion exchanger, which operates on the mixed bed principle, delivers pure, deionized water in a matter of only seconds. The capacity of the high-performance exchanger resin is efficiently used as a result of optimal water distribution and control technology. In this way, in addition to their extraordinary capacity, these machines achieve the purest water quality of up to 0.055µS/cm. The purified water is pH-neutral and free of all dissolved salts as well as silica and carbonic acids.
As a result of the use of high-quality materials and quality-conscious processing, NE ion exchangers are among the most dependable and durable machines available today.
NE ion exchanger cartridges can be regenerated as often as desired without any loss of quality.

Technical Data for the NE Ion Exchanger:

  • Power: 800l/h
  • Capacity: 2800l (at 10°d H)
    1400l (at 20°d H)
  • Operating pressure: up to 10bar
  • Dimensions: D240xH570mm

Blechstüble Daunquart Cleaning Equipment

WASCHBÄR template washer – a fully automatic three-compartment washer for templates, printed circuit boards with a defective print and soldering frames for the electronic industry.

Function principle:

  • Detail WaschbärIn the washing compartment [1] the screen is washed by two rotating arms with nozzles dispersing 130 litres of the washing solution per minute.
  • When transported automatically to the drying compartment, the screen is in the rinsing compartment [2] rinsed either with clean water or with a cleaning liquid and then blown over with compressed air.
  • In the drying compartment [3] the screen is thanks to the machine’s ingenious drying technique dried within a very short time (metal templates in about 5 minutes per template, PumpPrint templates in about 10 minutes!).
  • Simple control panel [4].
  • Floor-standing tank with an integral latticed grate (pedestal) [5].

Waschbär template washer features:

  • Maximum template size 600 × 600 mm
  • Low energy consumption
  • Drying time about 10 minutes
  • Floor-standing tank with a latticed grate
  • Suitable for twin-water-based cleaning products washing products with flash point above 55°C
  • Power supply 400 V/50 Hz/16 A
  • Electric controls (programmable system)
