MAESTRO PCB Separator
With the MAESTRO 2M PCBs are inserted in the guide, collected
by the circular blade, transported and separated.
With the MAESTRO 4M, which works with motordriven and optimal
path carriers, high separation performance is also achieved. With the
MAESTRO 4M, the prescored grooves can be interrupted with any number
of cut-outs. Circuit boards with overlaying components can also be separated.
For separating, the PCB panel is placed with the pre-scored groove on
the linear blade. By using the foot pedal, the groove moves over the
PCB with the circular blade and in so doing separates multiple panels.

The off-cut material is cut out cleanly and smoothly. Blades come
in four standard widths. Intermediate sizes are produced upon the
customer's request. Cutting is performed with compressed-air.
The off-cut material is pulled under the blade. By use of the foot
pedal, the cut-out material is punched out and the waste material
is collected inside the machine.
