| Solder Fume Cleaning Machines
These suction cleaning machines
offer a practical and economical solution for the removal of fumes,
which build up during soldering. The fumes are sucked up directly
in front of the user, filtered and diverted directly upwards, where
additional ventilation equipment can be provided.
 Machine
Features
We have at our disposal tiered machine ranges with suction capacities
of up to 3.000 m³/h with adjustable capacity. Our machines
are suitable for both individual workstations as well as combinations
of up to 40 workstations. The intercept rate of the filter is near
99.997 %. The machines are equipped with a filter monitoring system
and the saturation of the filter is indicated visually. The machines
are equipped with replaceable compact filter cassettes, which are
regenerated by us. The machines are especially quiet and deployable
anywhere for all purposes by means of universal flanged connections.
Gosmoke
Two models are available. Both are equipped with an axial blower
and a filter made of activated-carbon-impregnated polyurethane.
The filter should be changed after every 100 hours of operation.
 Tabletop
Model:
Easy to handle, light and quiet. This model can be equipped with
an adjustable bracket so that it can be mounted at various heights
in the workplace.
 Hinge-Arm
Model:
With a pivoting arm that can be adjusted in any direction, it requires
less space on the workbench.The suction device can be placed directly
above the source of the fumes. A model with halogen lights and brightness
control is also available.
